K&H Expands its Offices in Beijing, Shangdu SOHO

On August 15th, K&H celebrated the official opening of the new office extension of its existing facilities in Shangdu SOHO. This new space has been designed mainly for the internal project management team. K&H PM team has a dynamic work pattern in which PM staff spend most of the time at different project sites and come back to the office for touch-downs and internal coordination. Custom designed desks, produced at K&H own millwork shop, are not individually-designated and are shared for efficiency and flexibilities. Individual lockers are conveniently located for the entire desk-sharing staff. WEWORK Beijing

WEWORK has been a repeat client of K&H in past years with numerous projects already completed. The fast growth of WEWORK has meant their offices are popping up all over China. Their newest addition is a 5000m2 co-working office space located in Beijing Digital Media Building. WEWORK's design team produces a consistent unique brand image throughout all of their offices. With this framework, every project has a uniqueness and individual identity. For this project, the use of colorful neon lighting and incorporation of mid 20th century design touches has produced a very sleek and contemporary environment. A slick cooperation between the WEWORK and K&H team ensured that this project had smooth design development, selection of materials and execution to the WEWORK project standard.

CEO SUITE, Lujiazui Shanghai

CEO SUITE is a hi-end service office provider, operating throughout Asia-Pacific. K&H has been a long-term partner for the design and build of their offices in China. For this new project in Pudong Lujiazui Plaza, K&H design team created an impressive reception design connected to an expansive terrace space, appealing to high-end financial and IT clientele. The spacious reception area also incorporates a flexible co-working area for mobile clients. This project has recently completed and handed over to client.

Hershey's chocolate office

Hershey’s Chocolate was in need of a large office renovation for their 700m2 Pudong location. K&H who were responsible for their intial Pudong office and first extension, were also assigned to complete the design and fit -out for this extension.
